Given that RMS has an obligation to announce for every 1% increase in its DRM holding it appears that they bought less than 740k shares out of recent turnover (740k shares = 1%). So that means others are picking up the stock which may make RMS's t/o ambitions more difficult. Not sure about today though - 946k DRM traded. Lets see whether RMS announces anything.
