We have all talked to family and friends over the years and have been telling them that Focus will be the next big bang. Unfortunately it hasn't happened "Yet" The way I explain to them on what's taking the time is by way of talking about a sky scraper. Everybody knows the hardest and longest thing about building a sky scraper is the foundation. Focus pre cre had good foundations and were ready to come out of the ground which is normally when the sp takes off. The foundations would have been ideal for a small apartment block and would have brought in early rent (Higher sp) We are now putting down foundations for the Empire state building mk2 which if it all holds together will have allot more tenants. Lets hope it's not a one up one down two bed semi !!!!
Whats another 6-12 months !!!
