He is a fat cat who is overpaid and incompetitent along with management and the board of directors. He is probaly thinking that he might as well take as much as he can get, because the decencancy will be short lived and the company will be run into the ground while the shareholders loose their shirts. I regret holding Myer stock, besides the structural changes, cost blow outs and the inefficiencies- consumer sentiment is down and will contunue to be low for a very long time, once consumer sentiment picks up, internet sales will have a greater share of the market.
