Well Shimmer seems like China is more than happy to invest in Tanzania and bank roll the developement of projects and infrastructure. PEK may just fit nicely into the puzzle for the Chinese and their aspirations in Tanzania.
It will be very interesting to see if their future plans involve Ngualla. Makes sense that it would be on their radar at the very least. Remember they wanted LYC so why not PEK? albeit that they wanted to maintain control of the REE supply by taking out LYC.
