I mentioned KMC earlier in the thread and their market cap is $21million.
If RMS wanted them, the $21m plus the $35m they are wanting makes $56mill.
RMS wouldn't need a Capital Raising,they have that sort of money in the car ashtray!
KMC only have a small resource (at the moment)
I think RMS are chasing something bigger, will know Monday
(unless a further Halt or suspension!)
