Hi guys, Just had a phone call from Stuart Sayers Managing Director of Etrade. He was all sympathy but no responsibility. Further in answer to my probing questions he reluctantly confirmed that whilst Etrade is pursuing its OWN issues with MF Global it was up to each individual client to pursue any claim they may have with MF Global direct. ETRADE WILL NOT BE LOOKING AFTER THEIR CLIENTS IN THIS MATTER. YOU MUST TAKE UP YOUR CASE THROUGH MF GLOBAL. Etrade is clearly washing its hands of this whole issue.
ANYBODY WITH AN ANZ ACCOUNT SHOULD CLOSE IT IN PROTEST!!!
