In part it comes to phsycology with 1,024,000,000 (billion) on issue at sub 10 cents it looks exactly like a penny dreadful. By changeing to 124,000,000 (million) at sub $1 it looks more like a substancial company. Please don't shoot the messanger here. It come down to as they said in The Castle the "vibe". Also some broking houses will not recommend or back with leverage ie: Margin loans unless amoung other things, a company has a share price of arround $1. I know this probably sounds silly but in the main these are the reasons and yes I back them to do it 100%. The more serious coverage we get the better off we will be. Cheers hope this helps
