No one is looking at he digger because it is not there.

slasher, Leto composited the photo to satisfy stix's request. most long term shareholders are keenly aware that a digger working on the lot before the M.L. is awarded would be a serious breach of law causing no end of trouble for the company. it wouldn't happen!
