re: fundamentals vs spec-traders Now I don't go by the nic 'numbscull' for nothing...I include myself in the numbsculls that sell too early and usuually hang on for too long. In other words I'm not that good at trading and yet I still try and do far too much of the short term stuff .
PRR is now a buy and hold and just with my rough figures, if you take $5m. multiplied by a 30PE you get a company worth $150m. I'm not saying that's what it should be worth now. REPEAT - I am not of the opinion that Prima should be valued at $150m in present dollars.
What I was trying to get you to undrestand is that at $150m in two years time or even three years time imo, I'd be looking for at least a spec valuation of $60-$80m. That equates to a share price at 40c or above.
That is my own personal calc. I'm not qualified to give advice nor do I think you should invest in PRR purely based on the stuff mentioned on Hotcopper or any other forum...
