Are you saying all black coal power stations are going to shut down gloabally? That is at best unrealistic or a better word idealistic. 80% of the world population in developing world can not afford to do that. even in developed world, I suspect the techs you mentioned will only exist as an example if it can. if it is that good, why LV power stations won't accept it?

As long as power station is running, waste heat is going to be generarted regardless what fuel or what process utilised, just more or less, that is all. Please respect basic physical law. Doesn't matter more or less, the waste heat is far beyond Coldry's need, that is the beauty of Coldry.
