nearly ALL abortions (maybe 98% or even more?) are ILLEGAL in Australia (apart from the ACT where the new legislation supports abortion on demand). All the other states simply turn a blind eye to the fanciful interpretation of the 100,000 abortions per year being considered "necessary due to endangerment of the mother's life" (or similar words). They are all against the law but not actioned against.
Your argument comes down to relativism (ie no absolute truth or absolute right/wrong), so if you believe it is OK then it is OK. Very convenient, but unfortunately doesn't actually connect with reality. May I paraphrase another regular poster's sign-off:
"Reality is what it is, not what you'd like it to be"
