Just to help you along I suggest you check the latest list of the top 20 and you will see that Sino has been reinstated. As explained at the AGM, its ommission was the result of incorrect advice Sino received from his advisers,and as I expected, it had been incorporated in the HSBC Nominees Holdings.
Of course anyone would have have known that the holding couldn't possibly have been sold, as the issue of shares to Sino still had to be confirmed at the AGM.
Unfortunately, some people just love to jump to conclusions.
