why then did the Victorian Govt's wholly controlled brown coal development arm the BCIA award exergen $1.3 million in August this year to continue its ground breaking work on the use of Victorian lignite to fuel the DICE engine?

the DICE project is being run by the CSIRO, and the results look set to create a step change in the use of Victorian brown coal going forward.
why is there no interest in testing the Coldry end product with the DICE engine, if ESI are set to be the driving force of brown coal use in the LV as you suggest?
the more you examine the posts over here, the more you realise the ESI ramp squad never let the facts get in the way of their agenda.
