The old and the new one are identical except for the name ,one was called fund ,new called superfund.
But ATO treats them as two separate funds = 2 returns .
The old cost me $2,800 for accountant ,the new under a $1000.
Same trustees ,same property etc.
Just a way of sponging money out of individual ,with blessing of our gov.
Not user friendly ,for someone with very basic SMSF.
