...Nothing i have said has changed except since the takeover was announced on the friday, that proceeding weekend SBL was the top discussed stock over the weeken and into monday and tuesday flooding the forums with increasing negativity of the company, the directors and talk of all this shareholder action...

...Since that occured the stock has fallen and sellers have been lining up like a soup kitcken queue on depression night.....

..I believe all this noise has stuffed the SBL share price and has placed countless shareholders in the sell depth which is evident.All the talk of scams and put down and defaming directors and ASIC actions etc IMO has killed of any run on the share price and this noise is what i totally did not expect...

...You will note that initially when the takeover was announced the stock moved up from 1.2 to 1.7 and IMO it would have run to the offer price if not for the enormous negative campaign and adverse publicity launched here...
