Still with you Jake. Remember that top 20 only hold 23%, so, they will only play a part in the wash up which would probably be another few cents. That is IF BPT do make a t/o offer.
I still think that all involved with ICN, Board and management, know that if ICN goes, so do their jobs as can't imagine BPT wanting any of them.
So, IMO, THE big brick still in the wall is that thing called "survival" and if nothing else, RJ is a survivor. So, still holding out for THAT white knight with $100 mill. coming through ICN's contacts. BPT will accept that, otherwise their "motive" for the ADE t/o (i.e. concerns re ADE raising capital) will be seen to be totally hypocritical and shallow as it surely is (not that that will bother BPT which must certainly have 50% of ADE by now). Great times to be on board, much better than that submarine ride that our SP has been on for months.
