    What a load of rubbish.

    Surely this could have been done a few months ago at twice the price... or maybe in a few months post fracking (where management is apparently very confident of success)for hopefully twice the price...

    Why now? We don't need the cash RIGHT NOW do we??

    I hope there is good reason for this, but I can't think of any.
