Hi people. My condolences for the recent Mf Global melt down I too have been affected. I need peoples opinions on the current situation as I have no access to phone networks where I am currently working it is far too remote to call during office hours. I Have a CFD account with MF Global with $8,000 sitting in there I'm simply a DIY investor. I hadn't traded for over 2 years with this account. Do I qualify as creditor? Are the current forms for the So called 'Creditors' for me to claim my money? If not are there papers on the way to fill out? How do I claim? there are alot of questions but I feel as though I'm left in the dark at the moment please help me.
