TVN is no where near CEO's quality yet they are performing better.

They will need to raise capital but will do it at higher prices.

They will need to consolidate but will do it at higher prices. Might even get above 20c to avoid the consolidation.

What a surprise...the self imposed deadline of the 7th of Novemebr has come and gone and no prospectus.

Is this company for real? I wonder what excuse they have for this delay. An announcement tomorrow morning is considered late in my books!
