indonesian law is we in ancient ages watching the verdict ,what a joke! we are living in a civilised world and this is 21st century, this could still happend before my eyes. Those judges are still living in the world 50 yrs ago!! judging a person coming from 50 yrs later. It's simply a blatanly unfair trial as anyone could see..

I don't know if schapelle is innocent or not, but by today's standard, with all the technologies available at hands, scientific evidents should be use to determine whether she is guilty or not, not by some superficial evidents.
There was a period where the boogie board bag was not with her while it was being transfered to the back of the plane. and this poses a question of anyone who has handled the bag in this period could put anything in it if the bage is not secured. Even if they cant find the person who put the drug in, they can't just automatically assumed the drug belonged to her just by word of the custom officer who checked her bag. Under many civilised country laws, she would have been aquitted based on the benefit of doubt .
This could happen to anyone and there will be more innocent victims enroute to Indonesia. if Indonesia wants to attract more people to their places they should rectify their legal system immediately. I dont think they dont want their country to be some kind of backwater.

As of the case of the bali 9 is different, it was plain obvious that they were found with drugs attached onto their body all the way.
