This is a good move by Beach, when they acquire ADE they will hold 100% of PEL 218 and an additional 20% of ATP 855 taking the holding in ATP 855 to 60% the last piece in the puzzle is a take over on Icon Energy, which will tie up the Cooper Basin for Beach.
