Essential Responsibilities - Manage the daily program / procedures - Implement physical and information security controls to aide in the protection of classified matter - Interface with government and regulatory agencies routinely to facilitate a compliant and proactive program - Assist in all aspects of the classified matter protection program including physical protection, Information security, procurement, transportation, personnel clearances, licensing, and onsite security - Develop and implement drills to demonstrate security capability and effectiveness including becoming a member of the site Emergency Organization - Develop programs and management systems to achieve and assure compliance - Assist in licensing-related activities such as development of Foreign Ownership Control (FOCI) determinations, and license documents Qualifications/Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Discipline - Minimum of 2 years working in classified programs - Minimum of 2 years interfacing with regulatory authorities, state or federal
