    The 10m shares at from the Broads Dam vendor QBL is capping the share price. QBL recently sold all the 10m shares at 20c, see announcements on 26/Sept and 13/Oct.

    Patersons (PSL) organized the sale. And PSL has been a predominant seller recently so it's just a stock overhang I reckon.
