What! I can't believe it, another day where the all ords is up, gold is up about $38/oz and Tribune is down on the opening! Come on Directors show some form of corporate governence and inform the market as to why this stock could possibly go down with bullion in the bank. I believe the directors responsibility is for them to ensure that ALL shareholders interests are protected and that maximising the wealth of the company is the goal. As part of this, having succeeded in achieving these goals is to convey to the market the true wealth of the company.
