the first 21st century empire

I love this stock, I was in at the float, I was a buyer in 2002 and have kept buying it and just wont stop, this I have to tell you.

Now that this Machine is well oiled and a serious predator out there scouring the Earth for slow moving prey, can anybody imagine the awesome turnaround in profitability for airports throughout Eastern Europe where there is significant traffic number increases and current managing bodies cannot keep up and Govts can smell a quick asset sell off, India, China and South America.

Assets will be gathered Cheap, turned around rapidly (within two to three quaters possibly (ie) Brussels and Rome), as the airports are not going to be beyond repair owing to the safety restrictions of the industry, just entities in need of serious commercial overhauling and sales channel development.

But this is all fantasy stuff in my mind right now (or is it?), what is something you should really consider is the absolute white elephant the Westfields complex in Bondi Junction is becoming. When the Airport Retail development is in full swing soon it will be one of the most accessible, fully leased and TRENDIEST retailing sites in Southern Sydney.

20 Airports-80 plus runways-20 Major Retailing Freeholds-20 Logistics Hubs......Within a few short years.

The Sun will never set on this 21st Century Empire.
