so - maybe at the AGM announce a raft of "stuff" and top it off with a 10:1 SC
to celebrate/encourage ex-CRE holder to take their money and leave
Agree - a SC on it's own - does not solve FML's perception in the market place - but combined with a clearly announced and de-lineated strategy will go a long way to really get FML into "Top 5 Gold Producers in Australia"
MC the same - except we'd have a SOI in millions again and be an a par with the companies we want to be like
side note: RMS just going thru' a cap raising (with 90 mill in war chest!) and SH disgruntled; time for "almost established" junior producers to find new ways of raising capital. Something for the board to think about
2 models spring to mind: bond issue like NCM or the model being tried out by KBL (see ASX releases for details)
Just something to maybe mention at the AGM Kentwang?
