    "that horse has bolted" , You what more from a flogged horse. ADE as of tomorrow will own just over 5% of the field . Hardly in a position to influence anyone. Fact is BPT will end up with around 80% of ADE by closing date , de-list and then those still holding will have no liquidity to sell but get diluted as substantial money is required to develop the field.
