Chawkey I think that is the issue with the option - time - GRAM want the option exercised now so ORD must find a backer - doing a deal here though will instantly give ORD an asset on their balance sheet - with a current market cap of 25 million we could worth that in the CDD deal alone which should give the share price a boost
