    There is nothing illegal about buying shares and influencing a decision. That's what hedge funds, for example, so. There are loads of interests taking positions in CER and CNP right now, all betting on making a buck.

    CER just got a substantial notice, too. KKR (private equity?) have taken on 100% of something.
