Thanks, goro. These IMI threads have certainly been some of the most amusing I've read on HC. Unfortunately, that very wry humour comes from steep losses. :/ The good thing is that at least you don't have rampers on here! It would be a daring one who came onto IMI threads and said, "Toot toot! Get on the train, punters!" Hehe.

Basically, a purchase of these shares gets: shares in Capitol Health, CJA, which is not doing hugely well, share price wise; and a shell, which will need a new business. I think it is the case that if a company uses a shell to buy a new business, they need to consolidate and raise capital again. That's what shells usually do, anyway.

I'll keep an eye on this one, because I am attracted to failures. Good luck, holders.
