    Gee this company sums up the doldrums the spec/small cap mining sector is no now. 9 months ago this would have been 50 cents and climbing.

    Once confidence and sentiment improves in this sector, there'll be good money to be made in stocks like this one.

    the big question is when will sentiment turn around
