    I doubt very much that the negotiations have failed after all of the "positive" work by both parties. I also doubt very much that NKP would even announce it if they had failed, due to the fact there are many parties interested and they could just move on to the next. Looks to me like alot of downramping posters on here are about to get found out in a big way, love it.
