Macquarie know what they are doing when it comes to leverage financing, this could never (I hate using that word) be allowed to slip Macquarie wouldnt let that happen.
Its now a race they are into ONLY their 4th year and finding assets is going to get tigther and tigther now that they have proven them successful, they need to keep building assets. I anticipate alot more debt financing to get the assets up throughout Eastern Europe and Asia.
The only thing that I can see stopping this is World War III
