Yes, I think the problem we face is that customers are reluctant to purchase the product because MST is the only provider of suitable ammunition (the razor/blade model Lee described). For this reason, there is a risk any product they purchase now will be unusable in the future if MST folds.

Don't get me wrong, this exclusivity could work to our tremendous benefit later, but right now, given our financial position, it presents additional risks to purchasing MST tech.

I do firmly believed however, that after sales volumes reach a critical mass MST's future will be certain and this risk will be removed, the razor/razor blade model will begin to work for us (not against us), and more orders from more conservative customers will follow in short order.

As you say, I think this is why PNG are sitting on its ratification.

Its like every potential customer is waiting to see what every other potential customer does. Just need that first customer to step forward and lead the way....
