Someone I know does business with the Chinese and always has delays with the negotiations. They always play a bit of hardball. And when legal documents have to be rewritten and translated from English to Chinese, these impact the time and can drag on. So we haven't got any CJV approvals yet so I am sure they will be trying to get the most out of Cougar, and the approval negotiations can go back and forth until the Chinese are happy with the outcome. These can be the delays in the CJV approval process and can take longer to approve than 45 days as they could not approve and say go back and lets negotiate more until we are happy with our cut.
