I love how the Company is blaming the lab when it is the Competent Person in their employ that has signed off and reported the results to the market. Legal action - ha - good luck. Labs reporting assays incorrectly is not an uncommon occurrence. That is why we have processes called
QA/QC - Quality Assurance and Quality Check
These processes including inserting standards, blanks and duplicate samples in the assay batches should be followed by the Company and Competent Person before results are reported to the ASX.
The Company has no-one to blame but themselves and their supposedly "Competent Person", who seems not that competent.
If anyone was to take legal action it would be the shareholders that bought in on the results v the Company.
