Historically this stock moves in a 6-7cent channel of rises and falls (closing prices). Therefore when this trend breaking surge steadies out, a buy signal can be deduced. If the new near term high is 55c then look to get in at around 48-49c. Of course these limits move over time.
If only this was an exact science!
