Guys,
For me the grade is just too low at Coburn. You cannot have a project with an overall HM grade less than 2.75 - 3%, let alone it starting with a 1.
All the good ground in WA was taken by RGC, Westralian Sands, Iluka, Rio and TiWest in the mid 70's and 80's - and they ain't giving it up.
