Its not a bad thing that they raised 35m of the 50m thru institutional investors who are more likely to hold.
Otherwise if this thing rises above 1.20, 1.25 and holds we would see a plethora of selling of new shares from the capital raising to realise an immediate profit however the way they have done it this future selling should be minimised.
Thats my take anyway.
