Thumbs up for IMO probably your best post todate regarding PEK.
I cannot speak for others but can say that i have never been of the opinion that PEK would send materials for processing at the LYC plant in Malaysia or that they would develop their own plant on their own or in conjunction with anyone else.
I am still of the opinion that once the JORC is completed that PEK will be targeted and subsequently taken over in full with that entity developing processing facilities.
Your asessment/prediction with regard to the PEK SP appears to be fair and reasonable, but with the initial JORC being 4 - 5 months away, geez anything could happen in that time frame so wouldnt like to hang my hat on what appears today to be sensible.
With regard to raising capital for the Zari buyout if DD allows it to proceed IMO management will already have a few options up their sleeves subject to how the world markets are behaving in the near future. IMO this money if required will come from one individual or corporation or failing that from sophs from a broking house. It will be quick clean and clinical. I agree with regard to management and the next 6 - 9 months will be a real test for their steely resolve.
