    Yes ESG did and AOE did as well before that. It is all part and parcel of procedures if you ask me.

    Because, with their ringing around they can roughly work out how many votes they would need to get the SoA through. They lareday own the share numbers necessary to do it, but they don;t know the real number of voters against it. The more people that will say NO to them the more the numbers that they will stack against them.

    In the future, and I am doing this all the time, tell them that you will vote YES instead and then vote NO, and you will see what the result will be.

    Unfortunately though, when the ringing around goes on, the shareholders are so frustrated that they will tell the people off and express/vent their frustration of getting ripped off instead. And it will all play against them in the end.

    Why would they do the ringing around if there was nothing in it, lol. THINK ABOUT IT !!
