    ...This announcement is worth around 400million to VIL at 5.1 million barrels of oil at 80 dollars a barrel...

    ...Quite simply massive for a small cap stock...

    ...Down day or not on the markets VIL should shine and once the markets get on to this your 10 cents is a very real possibility IMO...
