vote yes for resolution # 6, page-3

morning all,

I had a thought about this yes or no bit.

I personally think there is a lot of danger in voting no.

If perchance a no got up (I don't think it will) - I am sure the board as big and grown up as they are would have their feelings hurt and think of us as ungrateful.

Sure we know about the sp, but we also know about the fickleness of markets. We also know about a small thing in the room called a global financial crisis.

Note this well - in the guts of the gfc, fml got down to just under 2c - it is now 6c. BHP got down to $20 - it is now $38 - neither have regained their previous highs.
So what's so bad about focus.


What we also know if we care to look is at the company performance - have a look at the production figures etc. Also have a look at staff attitudes to the company ---------- there can be no argument that many many things are being done well in focus.

There can also be no argument that focus is seen as honest and loyal ------------- almost unique in the mining industry and particularly the gold industry.

So, what if we vote no ---------- would we be in danger of losing any of our directors who have had a gutful of ungrateful shareholders?? I don't know, but I ask you this now in all seriousness ----------------

who would you want to replace them if they leave?

Who of quality would be prepared to come on board for what we pay now with the chance of a pay rise being up to ungrateful shareholders?
