I havent read it yet which part of WPL's presentation is it in? I am not sure about downward movement, this stock was called by many to go lower a month ago and it didnt.It is stuck in its 52 to 57 channel and the break would most likely be to the upside on Ching reserve announcemnt not to the downside. Sure the project has to be formally announced but I dont think there is any question about whether it will go ahead the question is in what form will it go ahead eg Banda tie in or not tie in, leased or owned etc These are the sorts of issues the JV would be deliberating about.
