"A bigger risk for Rio and BHP is probably the huge amount of coal reserves China sits on but at the moment is not developing....
IEA chief economist Fatih Birol said recent Chinese economic plans held off on developing many coal resources because of economic , infrastructure and technological reasons, but things could change.
