Not 100% sure but my other guess is that given their permission for the current Pilot Trial this has probably been producing/faring energy equivalent to 1MW for some time anyway, so connecting this permissable amount to a generator is not really doing nothing more to upset the DERM, as far as I'm concerned it beats flaring it and wasting it.

Just saying if there looks to be only a few weeks to a month in it, then it's of my belief they will wait for the permission to increase but should this permission for whatever reason look like it's going to be much further away then, they will proceed generating from this already allowable quantity.
