Let me clarify a pump and dump for all. Pump and dump is when the SP is stable with minimal volume, no real news up coming for a long time and a person/s creates a large volume order/s in hope to attract other buyers to dump later on for a quick profit. ERM is NOT a pump and dump as it was in a trading halt and the market was informed when the announcement was released. 17.5 mill shares + 10.5 mill shares traded in 2 days for $5.5 mill dollars. Thats not a pump and dump unless you got a spare $6 million. Its the real deal driven by fundamentals and trading on technicals.
If you are looking to buy ERM tommorow, I have to advise you that ERM looks like gapping up on open tommorow so be prepared to a pay a little premium...
