Oh and to all who keep going on about the cap raising. That's just a limit they have to put on it SHOULD the event arise. Same with the salary cap of the directors. By law the company is required to put pen to paper on limits and in no way are they intending immediate capital raising nor increases in salary. That's just business 101.
