In this case you put forward as an estimate perhaps we can be looking at a base case of $100M PA gross profit, if scale is proven we can look at a decent LOM. At a ball park this can end up a $1B M/Cap company at a very rough P: E of 10 - after dilution perhaps we could see 400M shares and an SP of $2.50. This is wild speculation at this stage just getting a feel for POTENTIAL that is all.

If the Chinese come in and offer an off-take and they screw the world over to maintain absolute control (seems likely) this can do two things - enable NTU to avoid excessive dilution and potentially in this scenario we push the potential earnings and SP potential higher again. A P:E of 10 is by no means a rigid ceiling - the average in Japan before the collapse was around 200 (crazy) but fair value if this is ever accomplished by the market is around 10 - 20.

These are off the cuff starter concept numbers perhaps some of the more educated HREE posters in here who understand the story far better than I can present some numbers along this train of thought just for fun. I am not trying to ramp - this is purely potential and not an estimation or suggestion of future SP. We already went well north of $1. There is obviously scope for further discoveries here and step out etc so the final size of this operation can be larger if enough resource is proven. Only time will tell.

Time for some sleep - dreaming of higher HREE usage, restricted supply and a raging NTU SP for all of us. Clearly NTU did not attract the Board for no reason, this is very interesting. I did try to talk to the company at one stage they never returned my call.
