you and I both know the IER will be nothing but
a) independent!

and

b) expert.

the previous expert report have just glossed over the information they needed to have a look at to determine REAL value in the stock, and much the same will occur here.

I will put a hundred dollars on Norwich coming out as as not being worth a pinch of s...yet this is where the money is.
